Juneteenth
Juneteenth celebrates the freedom of African Americans from slavery in the U.S. Juneteenth is made up of the words ‘June’ and ‘nineteenth,’ and it is on this day that Major General Gordon Granger arrived in Texas in 1865 to inform slaves that slavery had been abolished.
Father’s Day

Spartan Friday
Students can earn house points by wearing Sinaloa spirit wear or school color (blue) every Friday.
Lunch On the Lawn
Join your student on the baseball field for lunch. Bring a picnic lunch & blanket to sit on.
Galileo Testing Week
Galileo Math Testing will be held all this week. This test is administered online and will help teachers determine next steps in lesson plans for students who need intervention or those who might need more challenging assignments to move them forward.
